Nice and newly constructed villa in Calpe with panoramic seaviews and views to the valley for 8 people with private pool. This villa is situated in the urbanisation Oltà, sparsely populated and surrounded by pine forest, ideal for hike and relax during quiet holidays, by car only a few minutes to the sandy beaches of Calpe. This villa is prepared for people with mobility handicap. It has 2 independent floors with a living area of 170 m². The plot has 800 m² , is completely enclosed and has a parking for 3-4 cars.
Ground floor: Large living-dining room with air conditioner, sat-tv/tdt and access to the terrace and the pool. Open, completely equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffeemaker and other utensils for the kitchen. Large bedroom with double bed and air conditioner. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioner. 1 utilityroom with washing mashine and sink.
Upper floor: (Access by an external ramp) large living-dining room with panoramic seaviews, air conditioner and sat-tv, open kitchen, completely equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffeemaker. 1 large bedroom with views to the sea, double bed and air conditioner. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioner. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin.
External: kidney-shaped pool (8x4m) with built-in stairs, external shower, portable barbecue and space to sunbath in the loungers (4).
Only 4 km to the town centre of Calpe, 4,5 km to the Sandy beach arenal-bol and 4 km to the next supermarket.
Extras:
Pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30€ per stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay.
