Inside the Finca Roche Viejo there is a charming little house with a garden of over 1000 m. situated in a natural setting that evokes peace and relaxation. Less than 800 mt from the beach and cliffs of the Roche Coast, it offers views of virgin beaches such as the Cadiz coast.

It has two double rooms (and possible space for another two people) and a rustic style living room with high ceilings that offer exquisite decoration. This is a different kind of tourism just two kilometers from the village of Conil.

Find an alternative to the beach at Casa Alegria and enjoy your pool among the walled landscaped garden with high walls and plenty of privacy.
With a grove and spacious lawn area with outdoor facilities such as a barbecue, Casa Alegria also offers two parking spaces plus garage. The porch overlooking the swimming pool makes the perfect space for coffee in the evening. The back terrace is ideal for outdoor lunch because it is near the kitchen and barbecue whilst offering all the comforts for guests.
Less than 1.5 km from the fishing port of Conil it is a perfect place to enjoy nature without straying far and at the same time has all the services you could wish for- restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars ... etc

The villa is ready for 6 people and using an extra bed will increment the final budget in 50 €.

To reserve the 50% of the total budget shall be paid by bank transfer. The remaining 50% will be delivered in the delivery of keys along the deposit fee.
The deposit will be fully returned at the cessation of rent as long as the Villa and its facilities have not suffered any damage.
