The apartment is located on the 8th floor and it enjoys spectacular views. Within the complex there is a secure large garden, tennis court and children’s play area for exclusive use of residents.

The apartment itself comprises of a large living room with dining area, 2 double rooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

During the winter Laredo is a quite and traditional fishermen village but in the summer it transforms to welcome all visitors. The Town Hall organises a lot of activities, open-air cinema, summer university courses, concerts, etc... But there is so much more! You can learn to sail in the Nautical Club, ride a horse along the sandy side of the river or have a lovely boat trip along the coast. If you like windsurfing or you would like to give it a go Laredo beach is a very good spot for this sport.

But if you want to explore a little bit more and get away from Laredo for a day trip, Bilbao is a visit not to be missed. A €50 Security deposit is also required to cover in the event of loss/damage/lost keys etc. This is returned to you at the end of your holiday if all is well.
