Beautiful duplex apartment with sea views is situated in a new quiet respectable area at only 100 meters from the wide sandy beach. Apartment is located in a apartment complex with public garden, fountain and playground. Inside is light and new with modern functional interior. In the first level of apartment there are a living room with dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also, here you can see a small balcony and the terrace with furniture and the Mediterranean sea views. In the upper level there is a spacious bedroom for 4 persons. The apartment has a built surface of 110 square meters. The building has a private closed courtyard with playground. Near you can see a lot of supermarkets, shops, bars, discos and restaurants.
The duplex is situated in Pineda de Mar that is a popular modern turistic place not far from Barcelona with family destination.
