The apartment is situated in the first floor of a new apartment building 5 minutes walk from the Playa in Daimus. There is lift access. The accommodation comprises a bright, comfortably furnished lounge/diner, patio doors leading onto a balcony with patio furniture.Mountains views.
Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, wc, bidet. basin, double bed with headboard, fitted wardrobe including drawer space, bedside cabinets, lamps, radio and alarm clock.
Bedroom 2, Bunk beds plus a pull-out bed, fitted wardrobe including drawer space.
Additional shower room with wc and basin.
Lounge, sofa bed, 2 arm-chairs, TV, Video, Dining table plus 6 chairs.
Balcony with table and chairs and c2 onfortable seats
Kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a well equiped kitchen with all the essential cooking utensils.
Utility patio area with washing machine and airer.
Bedding, towels, crockery and cutlery for six people supplied.
Very suitable for children. Shared, adult and separate children´s pool, set in lovely, lawned garden area with shaded area, showers and WC.
Playa Daimus is a very friendly and quiet resort throughout the year which comes alive over the summer months but never becomes over crowded, it is perfect for families.

The historic and bustling towns of Gandia & Oliva are within 10 minutes by car. Pretty mountain and valley areas with quiet villages within 15 minutes drive. The capital city of Valencia, less than 1 hour by car, is served by a good national road and motorway or can be accessed by a frequent train service from Gandia. The Oliva Nova Golf Complex with 18 hole course designed by Seve Ballesteros is a ten minute drive south of the town and boasts a beautiful virgin sand dune beach setting with restaurant and swimming pool open to the general public.
The El Vergel Safari Park is situated 20 kms from Daimus and is an excellent day out for adults and children alike.
Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Aqualandia adventure parks are less than 40 minutes away - Highly recommended!

Daimus has a small Tourist Information Office open daily during High Season where you can obtain latest information about the activities in the area.

The village of Daimus which is just 1 mile away provides all local amenities banks, doctors, sports area, small shops, bar / restaurants, weekly street market selling locally grown produce etc. The vast orange groves are nearby and the beach front is moments stroll with a wide sandy beach offering safe shallow waters for swimming and numerous popular restaurants
Tennis courts, basketball and football pitches and several children’s safe play areas with swings slides etc nearby. Private parking.
