The villa is located in a superb position at the end of a cul de sac. Privacy and tranquillity are ensured, even in the busy month of summer. It is only a 10 minutes walk to the beach. This generous family home was recently refurbished to a high standard, has several terraces for outside dining and lounging providing both shade and sun. Featuring a large living/dining room with fireplace, fully equipped modern kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (3 with sea view) and 2 bathrooms, guest WC, utility room, and a garage. There are panoramic sea views from virtually every corner of the house.

Begur is a lovely hill top village with 7 beaches close by (including Sa Riera 10 minutes walk). The village has many restaurants and interesting shops with evening entertainment in the main square throughout the summer. Within 15 minutes there are 3 golf courses (Platja de Pals, Serres de Pals and Emporda Golf) and several medieval villages. All water sports are available at the beaches and the area is well known for its many hiking and cycling trails both coastal and woodland. Girona airport is an easy 45 minute drive away. Ryanair operate numerous daily flights from several other European cities.

Notes
Bookings are made through the owners. A 25% deposit secures the booking with the remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. The rentals are non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless we are able to re-let in which case there will simply be an administrative charge. A returnable deposit of 350 euros is required to cover breakages. The house will be clean on arrival, and final cleaning costs are € includes a 3 hour cleaning on Wednesday.
