Casa Kamarrinco is a 3 bedroomed south facing traditional Spanish Finca in the lovely town of Moraira, minutes from the sea and perfect for a family break.

Previous guests tell us that this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a wonderful family holiday. The villa sleeps 6 and is perfect for family and friends wanting to get away fromthe stress in a "home from home" finace.

All bedrooms have air con and the master bedroom has its own roof terrace overlooking the pool and garden area.

Outside is a large pool, spacious terraces and an outside BBQ area and covered dining area - perfect to enjoy an al fresco summer.

The Kitchen is fully equiped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

The Lounge/Dining area is open plan with comfortable sofas and SKY TV. There is a comfortable dining area ith seating for 6 peple. A traditional spanish staircase leased from the lounge to the first floor. Doors from the lounge lead on to a covered dining terrace outside leading to the pool and built in BBQ and further covered al fresco dining area. All complete with outside furniture and sun loungers.

Notes
20% Deposit required when the villa is booked. Final payment is be paid 6 weeks before stay. On arrival at the villa a breakage deposit fee is payable of 300 euros - this is to be paid in the form of a cheque and will be destroyed after you vacate the property if there are no breakages/damage. Villa will be ready for your arrival and cleaned following your stay. Mid stay cleans and linen change for holidays of 2 weeks or more are included at a nominal mandatory charge payable locally on arrival. All towels and linen are provided (not beach towels)
