This two bedroom apartment is well furnished and has all mod cons for a comfortable holiday! Being on the ninth floor of the ever popular Puerto Pariso apartments it directly overlooks Estepona Port, with the sea beyond and one of the two swimming pools just below. There is air conditioning (on a pay as you go system) in all the rooms plus TV with a selection of British channels, a DVD and a hi-fi system.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room while the twin bedroom has use of the family bathroom. The twin bedroom has two double beds which could sleep up to four people. The whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available.

The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of Bars, Restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. This is a very good quality apartment, which is always popular.

Notes
The price includes a weekly linen change for stays of more than 9 nights. We require a 30% deposit within seven days of booking and the balance is payable either six weeks prior to arrival or on arrival in Euros cash or by credit card on arrival/prior to arrival (subject to 1.5% bank charge) The defindable security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card only and is returned within one week of departure subject to no loss, breakages or damage.
