This beautifully presented apartment (built 2007) is in a near perfect setting and location. Situated in a smaller gated community set on a hillside within La Reserva de Marbella well known locally for its quality and beautiful landscaping. Near to Puerto Cabopino on the outskirts of Marbella, and just 30 minutes from Malaga Airport.

Although the apartment is positioned on the 3rd floor with lifts to access, the rear of the apartment is at ground level with a large sunny south facing terrace overlooking extensive landscaped gardens and the green hills.
Walk gardens to access large communal pool, children's pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast on the terrace with birds singing and no traffic noise.
The beach resort and port of Cabopino boasts a reputation for exclusivity and style. It is not hard to see why: protected by rich woodland and backed by golf courses and emerald green hills, the setting could hardly be more perfect. A small but elegant marina shows off a fine selection of yachts and lovely restaurants and bars, while the huge beach is certainly one of the finest found anywhere on the Costa del Sol. Cabopino is very atmospheric at night
The location is quiet and restful yet only a few minutes drive to so many attractions - all types of sports, endless choice of golf courses,many attractions for all ages,with Marbella and Puerto Banus for excellent shopping, restaurants and night life. All backed by the mountains for nature walks and many Andalucia white villages to explore.
The apartment comprises a king size double bedroom, twin bedroom, lounge comfortable for 6 (inc.double sofa bed) and a fully equipped kitchen.
The location spoils for choice - fabulous beaches quiet and active , the famous Nikki Beach is close by. Restaurants close by to suit all tastes and further a field-you can eat on the beach or inland with spectacular views. Night life of Marbella or Puerta Banus where you can perhaps mingle with the odd celebrity or a quiet night on the terrace under the stars with your favourite drink

Bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 x single beds and again with fully fitted wardrobes. A comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge caters for 5th & 6th guests. All bed linen and pillows are provided
Main Bathroom is en-suite to Main bedroom. Both are fully equipped with mirrors, bath and hand towel rails and storage for toiletries, cosmetics and medicines. Quality hand and bath towels are provided .Outside terrace with lighting,6 garden chairs, loungers and sun umbrellas
A mid-holiday linen change can be organised with our property manager at extra cost.
