This stunning three bedroom two bathroom villa/townhouse,with airconditioning fully furnished to very high standard complete with large communal pool

All local amenities only a 5 min walk. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and built in wardrobes, which also have a large terrace.

Off the lounge area there is marble stairs leading to the first floor, on the first floor you have a family sized bathroom, next to that you have a double bedroom housing 2 single beds, built in wardrobes and a terrace.





The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Dona Pepa 2 has several bars restaurants and supper markets, banks within walking distance of the villa.

Great place to stay

The house is very comfortable, located nice, safe area, with very convenient access to shops, restaurants, beaches etc. The pool is large enough with separate part for kids. My family and myself had a great holiday here and that is what matters most to me. I would definitely choose the same place again in this area.
