Mediterranean village with fishing and sportive Port. Llavaneras is considered a high quality touristical place with prestige restaurants and many other services. Together with Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Caldes d'Estrach, San Andres de LLavaneres, these tree villages are the three most beautifull, green and pintoresque villlages in the Maresme Coast.

The house has direct wonderfull views to the sea. This is fully furnished, with rustic furniture. The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 complete bathrooms and a spacious dining house. It has a large garden, private pool and large terrace where you can enjoy a meal outdoors. The house also has barbecue and solarium. The house is equipped to comfortably accommodate 10 people. Are included the towels and bedding and kitchen dishes. Also included is satellite television and Internet connection.

This house is ideal for families with children, people who want to visit Barcelona but also to enjoy the sunny climate of Catalonia, and executive business travelers as it can be in the city center in about 30 minutes by car. It has also train station with trains to Barcelona city every 15 minutes.

2º If then we still have availability, we will send you an email indicating that we have made a pre-booking, and we will give you the data to make payment.
3° Upon receipt of payment, we will send you an email with the receipt of your reservation and the contract.

70% remaining before the rent (non-refundable)

Fantastic villa, wonderful views to the sea, a paradise.

My family and a friend's family, 9 people adults and children spent a wonderful week in Llavaneres. You can take sailing group classes in Port El Balís in Llavaneres and ride horse in Centre Ecuestre Llavaneres. The villa is charming, rustical, comfortabe and big enough for 9 or 10 people. The house is in a natural reserve with lots of fauna as birds, rabbits, eagles... you can do excursions in the forest, near the house. It is close to the village but far enough to feel you are disconnected of everyting. Barcelona city is just 45 minutes by train from Llavaneres. The garden is really beutifull.
