New built in the traditional Andalucian style with mod cons such as WiFi. Fantastic location set in secluded peaceful valley yet only 15 minute walk to Competa, Canillas or Archez villages. Car not necessary as it is possible to get local bus from Malaga. Cool patio areas and 3 acres of beautifully planted gardens that include orange, lemon, avocado, cherry, apricot, peach, mango, fig, lime, grapefruit, olive and almond trees. Guests are welcome to pick the fruit, there are also vines with plenty of grapes. Lots of sunny areas and plenty of shade. Stunning views from every terrace. Three double bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite and large private sun balcony. Downstairs large family bathroom/shower room and two further double bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge/dining room. Outside eating terraces, BBQ area and all have views to the sea and beyond to Morocco. The house is cool in summer, but has fans if needed, and cosy in the winter with log burning fire. Baby/toddler equipment available such as cot, high chair, baby chair, car seat.
Further south there are beautiful beaches and small sandy bays. Only 20 minutes away is the quaint beach town of Torre Del Mar with over four kms of sandy beaches with restaurants and bars. Nerja to the east, only 30 minutes away boasts 16 kms of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear waters.

More about Lindsay Handcock

Ladera is our second home where we spend as much time as possible. However, due to circumstances - headteacher and rental agent, we cannot get out there all year round, and therefore like to offer it for others to enjoy. It is very much a 'home' with many homely comforts. Offers peace and tranquility away from our busy life in England, but near to village life.
