Notes

Monte pichells is a sought after area on the south side of Peniscola leading to the stunning Serra d'irta Natural park .
The scenery is breathtaking and the location ideal as it is a Tranquil area but only 1.2 kms to lovely Peniscola town.
In the town centre there are facilities to rent bicycles, quads,motorbikes , car hire and an hourly bus service
(Easter then June to 1 October )

There is a promenade along the seafront with cycle/ walkway ,bars ,restaurants,traditional tapas bars.
The south and North beaches offer watersports, children's activities,parasols,sunloungers as well as scenic boat trips.
Peniscola has a working fishing harbour and you can hire a boat or buy fish fresh off the boat when they return each afternoon
The old part of Peniscola is known as the " City in the sea "steeped in history ,fabulous viewing points,cobbled pedestrian only streets and lined with bars and restaurants,lots of music and unique shops to explore by day or night.

The shingle nearby coves 5 mins. walk are great for fishing,sunbathing or snorkelling and the Serra d,irta has a spectacular coastline popular for walkers and cyclists or swimming in the crystal clear sea .


The tourist board information is located in the centre of Peniscola and the helpful staff who also speak English will give you additional guidance to ensure you enjoy your stay
Numerous fiestas and celebrations January to December so always a good reason to visit and join in !

We have enjoyed our Stay at the villa very much.
It,s our childrens first trip abroad and they have loved the experience.
Personally I have loved waking up and having breakfast on the terrace listening to the coastal walk is amazing and the Old town a must you have to experience.
We dined at Casablanca there and recommend their Tapas and Paella .We also enjoyed El campo restaurant just up the road from the villa and the little beach on the way there is great and the North beach in town.

We loved both the town of Peniscola and the villa for their special aura of lightness and warmth. It was our first experience staying at villas and not in hotels, and it was real great. Everything was in line with or above our expectations.
We stayed at another villa in Spain during the same trip, and it was far less lovely than Amanda and David's.
We will definitely recommend it to our friends in Ukraine.

It was the third year in the row we spent our holidays in
this lovely town always love being here.
This year we spent our 2 weeks in this beautiful house.
All the rooms are very nicely equipped and we liked the private atmosphere,our pool and the big terrace.
Thank you for your friendly help and information of what to do and see in the area.
The trip to the natural park in the 4x4 and our morning on the go-karts very exciting

A quiet place to spend a family holiday in a lovely and comfortable house.
The weather was very hot and the pool very nice.
The view from the Castle is so was great ,even in the supermarkets
especially the meat and the Spanish hams.
We tasted different wines and astonished by the quality of some .For French
people it,s a compliment.

We loved every minute of our stay in Peniscola.
One of our favourite places was the Serra natural park,it was a fun drive and the views are amazing !
The beaches there and Peniscola are great and the shopping was lovely.
We had a great blast in the big waves at North beach.

The villa is in a very peaceful and beautiful location near Peniscola oldtown. Villa was absolutely perfect for us - five girls. We had small pool in the garden and it was very cooling after a long day in the sun.
Although we forgot our keys inside, the owners were very friendly and helpful all the time.
The villa was very clean and had all the equipment for a vacation.
I think its perfect for couples, friends, groups or families.

As a family we have many holidays over the years in Europe ,USA,Caribbean and often preffered to
stay in private holiday rentals.
We started in the 1980,s before internet advertising, when all you had was a photos in a magazine and the keys and directions came in the post !
We have 4 holiday rentals in Peniscola.3 of which we own .The service we provide is to a standard of what we would wish from a holiday rental property.

A little Gem in Peniscola

It was an absolute joy to have stayed at this immaculately presented and well maintained villa which is set in a select residential area of Peniscola.It is truly a 'little gem' with all the high quality standard and comfort of a deluxe property. It is close to the coastal path with many picturesque coves and yet only a few minutes drive into the centre of the Town.The 'Old Town'is full of mysterious charm and intrigue with its narrow cobbled streets,tavernas and local craft shops.The area has retained much of its Spanish culture and tradition. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this villa and we have every intention of returning in the near future.

Peniscola Villa

We immensly enjoyed our stay in Amanda and Dave's villa. It's a beautiful, immaculate villa in a idyllic part of Spain. You have everything you need here. The town is lovely but the old town is even better and once you've discovered that you'll keep going back. We will definitely be back, and will strongly reccomend staying here. Not so close to the town to get bothered by any noise, you can instead hear the sea! But close enough that it's just a short stroll away. Just lovely!

Very relaxing and happy holiday.

We had a very enjoyable time here in this vila. Very quiet area around villa and yet just down the road to the town of Peniscola we had everything we wated from a resort. We also found the people of Peniscola very warm and welcomming. But above all very honest. On one of the nights that we were in Peniscola, as we were walking into a night club, money fell out of my husbands pocket. He did not notice that he had lost money. A teenage boy tiped my husband on the shoulder and gave him the money back. We were delighted with this. The vila itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the owners were wonderful. There were there to welcome us and give us all the information about Peniscola. They were also there at the end of the telephone when we needed help. We will deftenely be going back there again. We had a wonderful time.

Nice comfortable house in good location

Nice clean house, good location just outside the business of the main town but still very quick to get to the town/beaches. We had a rental car so enjoyed exploring the windy roads of the nature park and made day trips to Valencia and Tarragona. The house was comfortable and lots of towels/dishes etc provided. We enjoyed the English channels on the TV. The pool was nice but a little small, they mentioned though that they plan to put in a larger in ground pool in the future. We also enjoyed fresh grapes from the vines. Very pleasant hosts. The beaches were lovely although very busy in August.
