Villa Brisa Del Paraiso is a wonderfully stunning, very stylish villa.
The villa has all the luxury that you would be looking for with a five star villa.
This villa is set over two levels both of which can be access from the ground level, so ideal for family's with small children or the elderly.
You will find this magnificent villa behind large electric gates, there is enough secure parking at this villa for four cars. Upon entering the villa up a couple of steps, you will find a large covered terrace with views of the bay and on to Campello.
Once you enter the villa, there is a large entrance hall, to your left you will find the large and airy living room, this room has various soft furnishings with large sofas, easy chairs, large TV with SKY system and views of the sea.
You will find a large kitchen and dining room, the kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with a large Island unit for anyone that likes kitchen is perfect! You will find a large American style fridge freezer with all modern appliances.There is large double doors leading out to the pool area!
On this level you will also find a large family bathroom, one large double bedroom, one twin bedroom and the large master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and large en suite bathroom.
Down a few internal stairs will take you to the lower level, here you will find a further twin bedroom, double bedroom, large living a full size snooker table, TV, SKY system, playstation, games, books, CD tower and ipod docking station. There is a further large bathroom. You will also find a small gym for your you can come in from the warm Spanish sunshine!
The villa has full air con in every room for your comfort as well as heating for the winter months.
Outside, the gardens are modern and secure. The pool area has been secured by gates to prevent small children wandering and giving you peace of mind. Here you will find a pool with has large steps leading in, the pool is a wonderful 12 x 6 meters! There is a large gazebo and shaded area around the pool, with plenty of space of up to 12 sun loungers, there is a large dining great thing here is a large outdoor kitchen, fully equipped and great for the budding BBQ chef.
This villa is truly stunning with everything family or friends could wish for.
The pool is heated during the winter months, so you can still enjoy the pool! We also offer free internet at the villa. We can also arrange for a local chef to come to your villa and cook you up a Spanish feast, with sangria, paella and music!
...so all you need to worry about is topping up the tan and taking in the beautiful scenery that the Costa Blanca has to offer!
The transfer time from Alicante airport is a mere 20/25 minute drive or taxi ride away. You do not need a car at this villa, as less than a minute walk you will find the local tram station. The tram goes from Coveta to Campello on to Alicante and in the other direction along the coast to Benidorm.
