A final cleaning fee €66 is payable to our agent on your arrival .
CANCELLATION REFUNDS : Up to 8 weeks before arrival date no charges ( deposit non refundable ) .
4 - 8 weeks before the arrival date 50% of rental cost refunded ( deposit non refundable )
2 - 4 weeks before arrival date 25% of rental cost refunded
