This roomy and charming villa is situated in the quiet area of "El Retiro- Las Marinas", conveniently close to both sandy beaches and commercial areas: An ideal spot for family or group holidays.
The house has 2 covered terraces, a wide living room with a fully equipped american kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, including one with en-suite, 2 single bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and a laundry.
The house has a frontal terrace and is surrounded by 1400m², , of garden, including fruit and palm trees. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, sunroom and a pool shower. There is covered parking which fits up to 3 cars.
Extra beds are on offer to our guests- the house can sleep up to 10 people. Baby facilities such as highchairs and cots are also available at a cost of 30€ each.
