We own two luxurious similar apartments on the second and third floors for holiday rentals in Club Playas del Duque in Puerto Banus. The spacious apartments comprise 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms each. In the master bedroom there is a Best location and development. The apartment has large well furnished lounge with sofa bed. Satellite plasma TV and internet. king size bed and en suite bathroom and the guest room has twin beds. Folding bed and cot available on request. 2 all marble bathrooms, each with two wash basins, bidet and bath/shower. Car space for your use in underground car park with lift to apartment. A car is not essential as this perfect location is a few minutes walk from Puerto Banus and all amenities. There is a 24/7 mini market on site. A SPA with gymnasium,heated pool, sauna, etc. is in the same building (entrance fee applies)
Club Playas Del Duque garden has 3O, 000 sq. mts. of prize winning tropical gardens with sea view,abundant with exotic flowers and plants. A meandering stream let and lily pond with acres of relaxing gardens to be enjoyed. Three beautiful swimming pools, two open-air restaurants for use exclusively by the residents. Private Gates to the beach and to the marina.
Wheel chair access is available to all areas of the development and the gardens.
The apartment is one minute walk from Beach and 5 Minutes walk from the Marina Puerto Banus
with its nightlife, good restaurants for all budgets, bars, casino, shopping, and discos. All manner of water sports are available on the blue flag beaches adjacent to the port which hosts splendid facilities for boaters, fishing and sea sports enthusiasts. Fantastic ocean views, including the rock of Gibraltar, are there to be enjoyed together with a backdrop of La Concha mountain range which adds to the coastal charisma of the marina. Plenty of entertainment is available for all the family. As well as a multi-cinema complex, bowling alley, art galleries, world famous designers’ boutiques, beauty centers and department store. Water and Amusement parks and the best safari/zoo in Spain are within 15 minutes drive away. Day trips to Morocco, Gibraltar, historical Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and Spanish Andalucia quaint White Mountain villages are available. The new Picasso museum in Malaga was recently opened by the King & Queen of Spain and is well worth a visit.
The area, which has the best micro climate in Europe and the reputation of being a golfers paradise with many good international quality golf courses nearby and night golf.

The alternative known name for the Costa Del Sol is the Costa Del Golf. Within the length of this cost, about 60 miles there are over fifty golf courses for all tastes, styles, budgets and facilities. There are the challenging and the less challenging. You would be completely spoilt for choice.
Some courses are hilly and the others flat park land courses with shady trees. The golf clubs are available for any one to enter and play and to use all their facilities without membership restrictions but on daily entrance fees for about 40 Euro for 18 holes..
The golf clubs offers eating, drinking and relaxing areas in the club houses, buggies, and all your needs to rent or buy from their shops.
The courses are normally much less crowded than would be expected and of good value.
The area boasts some of the best golf courses in Europe including, but not limited to the Valderama course which hosted the 1997 Ryder Cup and the American Express Match Play Championships,

-Malaga or Gibraltar airports are 40 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended but not essential. Information on airport collection and car hire is available.
-Marbella with is cobbled streets, orange square and most charming shopping areas is 10 minutes drive. Frequent public bus and taxi service is available.
