This delightfully presented penthouse-apartment is situated in Benalmadena Costa directly to the beach with the best view on the Costa del Sol (270 Degrees Mountain and seaview)
There is a big garden with palmtrees and sunshades. 2 fantastic huge pools and a smaller pool for the children.
The acomodation comprises of a very cosy big lounge with dining-area and 2 big sliding doors to the terrace and panoramic view. 42" flatscreen satelite TV. The fully equipped kitchen is complete Ceramic hob, oven, mocrowave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms complete with double bed, and 2 single beds.(Extra matress for a child). Both with sliding doors to the terrace and panoramic view. Big marple bathroom with bathtub, bidet and toilet.
ATRACTIONS.
Day trips to Tangier, Gibraltar, Malaga, Sevilla Cordoba.
The Puerto Marina (seen from the apartment to the east) with 1000 moorings, and is described as "the best marina in the world". It has a new shopping centra plus 200 shops, bars and restaurants and also a boatyard, sailing school, diving school,nautical scool and a Sea Lif Centre aquarium.
Paloma Park, seen from the apartment, between Arroyo de la Miel and the beach, a landscaped garden with animals, playground, restaurants lake and birds.
Selwo Marina is on the western edge of the Paloma Park. Atractions include dolphin shows, sea lion shows, big selection of exotic birds, and the largest collection of penguins in southern Spain.
Tivoli amusement park in Arroyo de la Miel (1,5 km uphills seen from the apartment). The same place there is a telecabina (cable car) which takes passengers 750 m above sea level to Monte Calamorro. Fantastic views and walks.
5 star Torrequebrada Hotel and Casino just across form the apartment. The hotel boasts a first class restaurant. There are flamenco shows and cabaret shows.
Benalmadena pueblo is a lovely old spanish village 3 km uphills from Arroyo de la Miel.
Mijas: Also a very lovely spanish village, but lots of turist.
GOLF COURSES:
Torrequebrada golf: home course of multiple European PGA tournament winner and Ryder-Cup player Miguel Angel Jimines. This golfcourse is only 1 km from the apartment.
