Located on the exclusive Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort. Easy to reach from both the UK and European centres with Murcia Airport only 15 mins, and Alicante only 50 mins. The location set between the historic city of Murcia and the choice of beaches on the Costa Calida is perfect for a family holiday or a group of golfers. The villa has its own private gardens with swimming pool, dining area, BBQ, and about all, plenty of space to relax. There is a large double garage allowing extra room for children's play area. The whole garden is railed and gated for security. The living and sleeping areas offer a touch of luxury - comfortable leather sofas, salelite TV, CD & DVD player, Wii games console, patio doors to the garden, pool and outside dining facilities, large dining table, kitchen fitted to the highest standard with all the necessary equipment for your holiday. The sleeping accomodation is classic and comfortable, the 3 upstairs bedrooms all have ensuite facilities, and 2 of the bedrooms have terraces to enjoy the spectacular views. There is a restaurant, golf, tennis and paddle courts and playground all within easy walking distance from the villa.

Notes
The villa has air conditioning, and has underfloor heating (should the need arise) and heated towel rails in the bathrooms. The downstair bedroom has an adjecent bathroom suitable for those who might find difficulty with the stairs. There are electric security shutters througout the downstairs as well as manual shutters upstairs. The kitchen is fitted with two fridges and cookers to accommodate a large family with plenty of glasses, cutlery and china. Information booklets are left in the villa for the use of guests. There are many golf courses within easy reach of the villa as well as Mosa Trajectum Golf course. All are quiet and offer good discounts throughout the year. Details of these are in the villa.

Notes
Prices are per property per week. Prices include linen, towels and cleaning (you need to bring beach towels). Professional cleaning is done before and after your visit. Interim cleaning can be arranged at extra cost. Last minute offers may be available. Long term lets may be available.
Changeover day is Saturday but we try to be flexible to allow for cheaper mid week flights. Changeover times: arrive at 4.00pm and depart at 10am. Should the villa be free on the day of arrival/departure, we will allow you to stay for a longer time. The security deposit is returned within 14 days of your departure as long as no loss or damage has occurred.
Keys and information is sent after payment of the balance for your holiday.
