Space and comfort is what you need on a holiday and this is precisely what this holiday home offers. It has four large bedrooms, two balconies with views of the sea, its own garden and it is air-conditioned through-out. The dining room and lounge lead onto the shaded patio and barbecue. The kitchen has an American bar separating it from the dining area, is modern and fully equipped. The garden has direct access to the swimming pool area which is never crowed as the complex has just nine holiday homes. Access is through automatic gates and there is private shaded parking. The property is located in the old world resort of Cap Roig, where the the sandy beach is found nestling between two headlands, and overlooked by Pepe's Chiringuito, a little beachside restaurant that serves great sea food or, perhaps, just a cool beer or coke. The holiday home is also beside arguably one of the best pizzerias in Catalunya. Vanessa's Pizzeria is just a minute's stroll and offer the possibility of dining under olive trees, has a great pizza menu as well as a variety of other dishes. And it is very good value for money. Then just half a kilometres away. you will find the nearby resort of Les Oliveres where you can avail of great value breakfasts, tennis and paddle ball courts; we provide you with a voucher for treatments in the Spa because when you are on holiday it is nice to pamper yourself from time to time. The property is entered through automatic security gates to private shaded parking; one of the great things about La Morera is the fact there are but 9 properties in the whole complex, so you have the security of being in a complex but you never get the feeling that it is 'full'. Sitting in the garden in the evenings, sipping a glass of wine as the barbecue sizzles, you cannot but get that special feeling that you are on the Mediterranean. And do not forget you are right beside the Ebro delta, a Natural Park protected by Unesco and the second biggest rice producing area in Spain so the local restaurants do amazing paella and rice dishes. In fact L'Ampolla is famed throughout the province as a gourmet destination. We also arrange activities such as cycle trips through breathtaking countryside, kayaking on the river Ebro, water sports and lots more so all in all, it makes for a holiday to remember. Other notable activities in the area is the world famous Porteaventura Park and Aquapolis with its spectacular Dolphin show. And if you need internet acces in the villa for work or pleasure, for a small additional cost, we can arrange a wifi system so you can go online when you want 24 hours a day.

More about Marian McMahon

THis is Marian from Ireland and I just love the sun and Spain. My brother lives in this gorgeous area and he helped me find and buy the house. I have a big family and lots of friends so I needed something with four bedrooms and a bit of space and La Morera fitted the bill. When I am not staying there myself, my brother helps me rent the property and he is in L'Ampolla and works with Catalan Ways and will help you with anything you need. He's actually great and I'm lucky to have him!
