This beautifal villa offers something for everyone, the main villa comprises of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, dressing room with fully fitted wardrobes, the master being made up as a double with ensuite toilet and separate shower room, the other two both made up as twins. The lounge benefits from an open fire, outstanding vaulted ceiling, leather suites and plasma t/v, the kitchen recently fitted offers all the appliances you could wish for to include built in microwave, dishwasher, along with polished granite work tops to complete that luxury feel.
The apartment situated via a separate entrance which is below the main terraces and is of an open plan arrangement with 2 twin beds, sofa bed converting to a double, bathroom with w/c & shower, along with a kitchen and large T/V.
Outside the villa boasts a heated pool, well mantained terraces, built in bar area, sunloungers, extensive furnished terrace overlooking the pool where you relax with a cool drink while watching the sunset over the medditerrian and on to the mountains of the north African coastline, or even Gibraltar and beyond! The gardens are extensive and include a great childrens area complete with a well built tree house and play zone. Throughout the tropical gardens lemon, banana , palm and olive trees for that ultimate holiday experiance.
This villa offers maxium flexibility for the larger party, an additional inflatible bed can also be added to the main villa or the attached apartment allowing the property to sleep up to12!
