Luxurious, newly built, modernly designed and furnished apartments to rent in the perfect location in the town of Moraira, only 200m from the beach and even closer to shops, cafes and restaurants.
We offer different types of apartments in the same complex, they are as follows:
•LARGE APARTMENT (Sleeps 6): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining room, kitchen and furnished balcony. Both bedrooms have two single beds, and there is a sofa bed in living room.
•MEDIUM APARTMENT (Sleeps 4/6): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining room, kitchen and furnished balcony. The master bedroom has two single beds, a bunk bed in the second bedroom and depending on availability, some have a double sofa bed in the living room. Please ask us if you need a sofa bed in your apartment.
•PENTHOUSE (Sleeps 6) Located on the top floor, with a larger balcony. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining area, kitchen and a furnished balcony. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, the second bedroom has bunk beds and there is a double sofa bed in the living room.
ALL apartments include:
•Kitchen with all cooking utensils and cutlery you will need
•Furnished balconys with great views either of the pool or the town centre
•Bed linen and towels
•Air conditioning and central heating in EVERY room
•TV
•All of its electronic products are high quality.
•Cots can be provided if needed, just ask
Safe internal parking is available at 60€ per week or 10€ per day.
