Nice sunny 4 persons apartment with airco 10 minutes walk from the beach of La Mata. You can walk miles at the beach with many terraces. The apartment has a free view at sea. At 250 mtrs are two shoppingcenters with bars, restaurants, shops,
farmacy a good supermarket the Mercadona, etc. In front of the apartment is a busstop for public transport to the center of Torrevieja with boulevards and many terraces. In the evening there is a market. Torrevieja is a Fishers-harbour and you can make boat-trips from here. The apartment is fully furnished and has a sunny balcon with garden furniture. There is a nice shared swimmingpool
in a park. The apartment is on the 3rd froor and has 2 elevators. Also nice for the winter the apartment has heating and is cheap to rent € 125 pro week, when you 4 weeks rentfrom 1 November till 31 March. Airportservice is possible.
