Pueblo Andaluz is one of the most sought after residential areas in Roquetas de Mar, located approximately 20km from the City of Almeria and 43km from the airport. The complex is situated on beautiful four-acre garden grounds located between the beach (200m) and a golf course (300m to the club house). The complex consists of 3-level and 2-level terraced houses, and freestanding bungalows.

The studio has an 12 square-metre balcony facing south and overlooking a green walkway. There is a lovely burbling swimming pool (including a toddler pool) and gardens to the rear of the property as well as a tennis court and a parking area for residents with its own parking lot marked no. 40. You will be able to enjoy your stay in quiet, tranquil surroundings, whilst having close proximity to local shops, amenities, transport links, as well as the beach and the golf course.

This air-conditioned studio contains a kitchenette fully equipped with sink, cooker, micro, fridge, washing machine, built in cupboards; separate shower room with shower cabin, WC and wash basin; bed-sitter with two beds and a separate hide-away bed which looks like a chest and is on wheels to be turned around for use; table, chairs, wardrobe, cabinet, and a TV set; big sunny terrace with table, chairs and a comfortable sun-bed mattress. It has an 12 m2 balcony facing south. Pets are welcome in the complex and can enjoy the numerous green walkways in the area.

The studio’s terrace overlooks a park with a quiet pedestrian walkway. The other side overlooks the swimming pool with the mountains in the background.

Nice area but perhaps a bit early in the season

We had a nice time & the weather was good. I would be helpful to know about the local markets & wifi spots the recommendation of the Oasis restaurant was good we had a couple of meals in there & they we very friendly. More information in the book would be very helpful. This is a nice little studio if you only want somewhere to sleep as you really have to sit on the bed to watch TV in the winter but it would be lovely in the summer when you can sit out on the balcony. It would be helpful if we had been informed that no toilet paper was provided & could have brought some with us. Overall a good stay. Thank you.
