Includes recently renovated kitchen , 2 sized bedrooms, living room with satellite TV and dining area, , bathroom , south-west orientated terrace . The beach is public but is mostly used by guests of Veramar Beach , also for surfing. From a terrase one can enjoy magnificent sea views, views on North Africa, Gibraltar and surrounding hills. Part of the terrace is covered . Urbanization is situated in a quiet area, yet centrally , close to marina where there is a unique fish market early in the mornings. Urbanization is securely gated and has well maintained tropical gardens . There is an elevator in the building which makes this appartment an ideal rental option for families with children and elderly people.
