The property consists of the following:

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.

Separate utility room for laundry including washing machine and storage.
On the ground floor is 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a fully equipped bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a spacious roof terrace(36 m2) with terrace doors and sitting area.

Around the swimming pool (9 x 5 m)with Roman steps, lies a spacious sun terrace( 175 m2 ) with Balinese- wooden dining table seating 10 people, a sitting area under a large umbrella, a postcard view on Ibiza-Town, the harbor, the Mediterranean Sea and Formentera.

The ground of 3100 m2 is completely fenced in and foreseen with an electric operated gate.

Ample parking places.
Not suited for children.
Not suited for wheelchairs.
Prices including electricity, gas, water, bed linen,bath towels,twice a week cleaning service and cleaning of pool.
