On the Costa Blanca, Campoverde was a place the spanish tried to keep to themselves, but now is a well established Spanish village. Set in a landscape of extended orange and lemon tree plantations,
The closest airport is Murcia which is only 15 minutes down the road, Alicante is about 50 minutes. and its only 10 minutes by car to fabulous beaches,With all water sports availble.
This is a very spacious 3 bedroom spanish Villa, with a good size private pool which is maintained twice weekly, The villa grounds are all enclosed and gated.
Bedroom one has a double bed and a large built in wardrobe with drawers.
Bedroom two is also a double room with two single beds.
Bedroom three is a single room
The living area is open plan with a large open fire place for cosy winters and air con for warm summers, We have satellite TV with over 20 English channels, Radio system, Extending dinning table with chairs.
which leads into, the kitchen with oven,Fridge/Freeze, Mircrowave plus all cooking and eating utensals, all to help you relax and enjoy your holiday,
Outside the front door you have a lovely porch area to sit in the evening and relax, looking our on to a garden area shaded by pine trees you then have a large tiled area which leads you round to the pool with outside shower, which then leads you round to the built in BBQ area, where you can burn the sausages and no one cares, The views from the back of the villa are Fabulous overlooking open valleys for miles.
The bungalow is set in a central loclation where there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, tennis courts 2 large public swimming pools and supermarkets,
Approximately five minutes down the road you have the town of Pilar de la Horadada. heading down the costal roads you will find several excellent beaches stretching from El Mojon to Mil Palmeras. Torre de la Horadada also has a beautiful Marina.
The salt lakes at the nearby coast of San Pedro have all round flamingos and other exotic birds.
There are 5 golf courses within 20 - 30 mins away, Campoamar, Villamartin, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Altorreal (near Murcia) Including the world famous La Manga Golf & Country Club 45 mins, also a new golf course is now under construction at Campoverde.
