The villa,recently renovated, has a large open plan living space light and airy with stunning views. The lounge opens onto a covered terrace and fabulous pool terrace. There is also a rooftop sun terrace for sun bathing offering dramatic views of the area.
The master bedroom has a super king bed,large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, twin wash basins, wc and bidet, built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, built in wardrobe and a large family bathroom, bath with screened shower, wash basin, wc and bidet. The kitchen is open plan with breakfast dinig bar,plenty of worktop and cupboard space, electric fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave oven/grill. Everything you need for home dining. Separate utility room with laundry
lounge has a large flat screen TV, satellite connection to UK freeview channels plus a DVD. Sun loungers and Bar-B-Q are provided. The pool has a retractable telescopic cover which can easily slide open and shut,this is for the safety of young children. Windows at either end can be locked so parents can feel totally secure knowing their children cannot access the pool without adult supervision. Children and pool safety are paramount. Towels and linen are provided but not beach towels. Please bring your own.

Notes
It takes 4 minutes to drive to the local super market in town, there is a good local market for fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegs. The beach and town has several good restaurants and bars. Next door towns are Motril and Almunecar. 35 minutes drive to the wonderful city of Granada which boasts the Alhambra Palace. There is fantastic shopping,markets,restuarants,bars and nightlife. The ski slopes are an hour away with a good long snow season from November to May. Where else in the world can you ski in the morning and head back to the coast for lunch on the beach? The local area is renowned for its G reference walking, hiking and cycling routes. There are some beautiful villages set within the Alpujarras breathtaking scenery through the valleys to the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas.
Airports are not far away and the roads are good :Malaga now less than an hour, Granada 45 mins, Almeria 1.5hrs.
