This great holiday home is located only 375 meters from the beach. This plot is 750 m2 with a private pool area. The house is approximately 145m2 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All on one level. A fully equiped kitchen and a salon with fireplace.

Taking the external stairs to the terrace you have the most beautifull views to the Mediteranean Sea.

Furthermore provided a barbecue, door entry systems and garage for 1 vehicle.

Terrace on the groundfloor has a dining table for you to relax in the daytime or evening when the sun all gets too much for you. You really can not get a better location for your holiday for the whole family.

Airconditioning:
The livingroom and 2 bedrooms have airconditioning installed, 1 bedroom has a portable airconditioning.

Supermarket, restaurants, hairdresser in walking distance. Approx. 15 km to Puerto Banus. Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.


Prices are based on 6 persons. 
 
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is Euro 30 including 1 set of bed sheets. Ask the office.
 
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 12 p. person. Ask the office.

Normally closes Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.
