Private residence between Estepona and Marbella/Puerto Banus. The villa are situated in a quiet area without any kind of building- activity. There is only 1 minute (750 m - walking-distance) by car to the beach were you will find several restaurant and bars. 900 meter the other way you will find El Paraiso Golf.
The villa can be rented all in total or you may rent only one or 2-3 rooms - As You like!!
You will find a big garden on 4000 sqm, private pool, garden-furniture, sunbeds etc. The villa has also a handyman who are available 24/7 if something unexpected should happen. The caretaker also do PickUp at Malaga airport and local transport with our bus. We also offer transport up to 54 people with a local bus company nearby.
WEDDING PACKAGES
At the villa we also specialize in offering a complete wedding package designed to meet all of your needs.
Our basic package consists of a minimum 3 nights/ 4 days stay and the property can accommodate up to 30 staying guests. Together with this villa we can also offer sleepover at a villa near by for 30 guests - so in total 60 guests. We offer reduced rates of accommodation for extra nights each side of the wedding depending on availability.
For the wedding celebration our outside areas can accommodate up to 100 guests and should you elect to celebrate with smaller numbers our inside dining facility can accommodate up to forty guests.
The choice of food is varied and we work closely in collaboration with the best caterers in the area in order to offer a wide variety of food and prices.
We can also assist with entertainment, flowers, photography, blessings, transport to nearby hotels and Malaga Airport.

3 nights / four days including continental breakfast
This includes complimentary drinks and canapés on arrival. Wine and flowers in brides room.
This also includes the hire of the complete premises and communal areas for the day of the wedding for up to 100 guests. Package price €7.500
Additional nights each side of the booking date are charged at the reduced rate of €60 per room per night.(depending on availability)

The Villa is situated in El Paraiso 5 minute drive from Marbella/Puerto Banus and are fully furnished with kitchens, bathrooms, living room and dining rooms. Direct access to the different accomandations from both pool and main entrance.
The big terrace are very nice to sit and enjoy your dinner or breakfast while you see the mediterranean mountains and if you walk to the beach you will in a clear day also see the coast of Africa.
If you like golf, the place is a paradise since you have many good golf courses not more than 2-3 minutes drive from the villa.
You can walk to the beach if you want since its not more than 750 meter and the Villa have nice green gardens on a plot of 4000 sqm and a large swiming pool.
The city of Puerto Banus ore Estepona are located aprox 5 km from the Villa.
It takes 35 minutes to drive from/to Malaga airport.
