Holiday villa for rent in Almunecar

Villa Maria is situated in the area of Cabria a few meters from the national 340 on a hillside, west ends on the gorge of Cabria and south on the beach of Cabria. Cabria between Almuñécar and Salobreña is approximately 10 minutes drive from both. It's a very quiet area surrounded by a few houses and fruit crops (avocados, oranges, olives, ...), however it’s very close to the beach and next to all the leisure activities offered Almuñécar and Salobreña (shops, parks, museums, restaurants, bars, aquarium, water park, ...). The house is built in a separate plot of 400 meters and surrounded by a small garden with abundant fruit trees and plants. The living area is on two levels, the main floor has a kitchen / dining room, bathroom, double bedroom and single bedroom, and upper floor is shaped like a turret and there’s a large bedroom with double bed and a spacious toilet, also gives access to a pretty terrace where you can enjoy the best views of the house to the sea and the mountains of West. From the lounge you can access to a larger terrace, which has an indoor and outdoor part that can act as a solarium, with the same orientation as the balcony of the tower; Outside the house, in the back is another terrace which can be accessed directly from the kitchen ideal to enjoy a barbecue or find the shelter of the shade of the trees on summer afternoons. The property has private house is well equipped, air conditioning and all the necessary. If you like the beach you were within walking distance of two of the best in Almuñécar (we only go to them): Cabria and Curumbico, the first can be accessed by car (3 or 4 minutes from the house) and 10 walking, Curumbico be reached from the Cabria (walking only)although access is easy even for children or the elderly, it´s our favorite, also you can walk directly from the house by the side of the mountain going down some stairs, it’s one of the few that remain in a state almost virgin. Also do not have the crowds there are in other beaches closer to the town. In Cabria beach there are two excellent places to eat or drink a beer (Casa Antonio and Tito Yayo) we are fans of the first. In Google if you situate on map location and click where it says "satellite" and getting closer you can see an aerial photo of the area and the house is just what lies beneath the hammock.

Villa Maria is our second property, we have bought it one year ago, we also live in a villa near Almuñecar, ten minutes from Villa Maria. In the future we hope it will be our daughter´s house, by now we need to rent it to pay the mortgage.
