L'appartement, situé à quelques kilomètres de l'aéroport, est idéal pour les couples, les familles et les golfeurs. C'est l'endroit parfait pour ceux qui veulent découvrir l'île et, s'ils ont loué une voiture, ils n'auront aucun mal à se parquer. Le complexe est situé tout près du coeur d'un des plus beaux parcours de golf de Ténérife. L'appartement se trouve à coté du centre commercial San Blas où vous pourrez trouver restaurants, bars, un supermarché, bureaux de location de voiture, de vidéo et de DVD et un centre de plongée.
L'appartement est à 15 minutes en voiture de Los Cristianos et de Las Americas et à 20 minutes à pied de Los Abrigos - petit village de pêcheurs où l'on trouve d'excellents restaurants de poisson.
Golf del Sur est un endroit idéal pour des vacances d'été ou d'hiver, on y bénéficie d'un climat agréable toute l'année avec des températures entre 20 et 25 degrés.
L'appartement est meublé pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous, il y a une pièce de séjour avec cuisine américaine, une salle de bain avec douche et 2 chambres. La chambre 1 a 2 lits jumeaux et un placard, la chambre 2 a un lit double et un placard. Il y a également, si nécessaire, un divan-lit dans le living. Un lit BB est disponible. Une TV flat-screen avec satellite est à votre disposition ainsi qu'un lecteur DVD et une mini chaine hi-fi avec CD.
