Description: |
This stunning, luxurious villa with its fantastic panoramic viewsis is situated in its own grounds and is within easy driving distance of all the ammenities.
There are a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from and the main coastal resort of Javea is a 5 minute car drive.
The villa has over 200 metres of terraces, an 10x5m infinity pool with underwater lighting, and a separate poolside barbacue area.
The interior is bright and spacious and consists of very large, open spacious lounge with fabulous views accross the Montgo Valley, with satellite T.V, dining area, very spacious, fully fitted modern kitchen.
Bedrooms are fully air conditioned. Downstairs you have 2 large double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, bath and shower room and separate wc. and washbasin.
Upstairs is the master Double Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are superb views from the bedrooms.
The supermarket, restaurants, shops and bars are only a short 3-4 mins drive away.
The popular coastal resorts of Javea and Moraira are a short drive away with their beautiful white sandy beaches, which have been awarded the prestigious European "Blue Flag" award for cleanliness and safety. Both resorts offer fabulous beaches, a tremendous selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops and offers a great selection and variety of quality cuisine.
Moraira is a quaint, cosmopolitan resort offering many shops, cafes, restaurants, and numerous bars. The town has retained much of its old charm of narrow cobbled streets, the central Church square, pavement cafes plus its excellent port and marina.
The Port and Marina are bordered by a number of cafes and offers the opportunity to feed local fish and sample the catch of the day. There is the weekly Thursday Market with its variety of local stalls offering a wide selection of products including, fresh produce, leather wear (particularly shoes) and clothes being among the best of the bargains.
This area of the Costa Blanca is recognised by the world health organisation as one of healthiest places in the world, with an average temperate climate of 320 days of sunshine. It is easy to see why people return year after year to this lovely part of Spain.
For those great family days out you can try the marvellous "Aqualandia Water Park", the entertaining "Mundomar" Animal Water Park (The Dolphin Show is a must) and "Terra Mitica" which is one of Europes largest Family Theme Parks.
The Moorish village of Guadalest, the Algar Falls and the caves at Benidoleig are also within easy reach. The local bodegas in Jalon are famous and are excellent places for wine tasting. For a special evening, visit the Benidorm Palace for dinner and a spectacular cabaret show. A car is, therefore, essential to enjoy your holiday.

Special notes
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. There is a refundable loss/breakage deposit of £300 which will be returned within 10 days of departure. All bed linen, hand and bath towels are included.
There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.
Mid stay cleaning is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours) |
