This is new villa completed in 2009 and situated at 500 meters from the wide sandy beach and tourist area with a lot of bars, shops, disco and restaurants. Only 50 meters to the supermarket.
Villa is situated in Santa Susanna that is a popular modern tourist place with family destination at 40 min. from Barcelona by car or 1 hour by train.

The house is comfortable, light and new with modern Spanish functional interior. On the ground floor there are living room with big sofa and dinner area, fully equiped kitchen with modern design and bathroom. On the next floor there are a suite (bedroom and bathroom with balcony), and 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor there are a spacious bedroom and bathroom with 2 terraces.

The decoration of the house include high-quality materials like parquet and beautiful ceramic tile in the bathrooms, high-quality furniture, sanitary engineering and kitchen equipment. The villa equipped with central air-conditioner, video-entryphone, DVD player, etc.

Villa has views of the Mediterranean Sea. You can enjoy the private pool with a multicolored illumination. The terrace around the pool is wooden. Villa dispose of a lawn, beautiful plants and a barbecue area.

Optionally we offer a wireless internet connection. This is provided by a USB internet stick. The cost is €25 per week, to be paid in advance upon booking.

You can order a change of bed linen and additional cleaning during your stay.
