Our architect designed penthouse is perfect for your holiday in Marbella.

The comfortable sitting room has satellite TV with surround sound and there is a multi-room sound system throughout the apartment and even on the terrace. We have a fully equipped kitchen. You can dine inside or out.

All the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and cotton bed-linen:

Bedroom 1 King-size bed (1.80m), walk-in wardrobe and
en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 Two single beds (0.90m), fitted wardrobes and
shower room immediately opposite.
Bedroom 3 (On upper level) Double bed (1.50m), wardrobes
and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and
full bath.


Although we are in the centre of town the apartment is very quiet but within 30 metres you can be on the beach and Marbella's wonderful promenade, buy your newspaper or fresh bread, or just sit at a cafe and watch the world go by.

The Old Town in Marbella is delightful - wander around the cobbled streets and visit small shops, often owned by the same family for many years, visit churches and museums, eat or drink in one of the many shady squares. On summer evenings there are open-air concerts and street theatre.

Visit the famous Puerto Bañus by taxi,bus or boat for fabulous shopping and nightlife.

Malaga city is often overlooked by visitors but it is now a major centre for art with the Picasso Museum, Thyssen Gallery and the Museum of Modern Art. The old city centre around the cathedral has been restored and there are many interesting buildings to see.

There are many high quality golf courses just a short drive away and you can easily drive into the countryside to visit the famous white villages of Andalusia. Just two or three hours drive will enable you to visit iconic cities such as Granada, Cordoba and Seville and Gibraltar is just an hour's drive.

This is the first year that we have offered our apartment for rental - it is our own home for the remainder of the year and is therefore in excellent condition and we will be on hand when you arrive and during your stay to help with any queries or problems.

I moved to Spain with my husband Stuart almost 20 years ago from London. We both had businesses here for several years but are now retired and live most of the year in our old farmhouse in the mountains above Marbella. We are happy to offer our apartment in the centre of town to visitors. We love to meet new people from all over the world and to share with them this beautiful part of Spain

Great apartment & great position

Have just returned from Marbella, not only were we lucky with the weather but the apartment was everything we hoped for - superb location. Being met by the owner was an added bonus. Marbella has a lot more than just beach to offer,makes an excellent all year destination. We will certainly be returning.

Great location and fabulous apartment

What a great place! We had a winter break here to relax after Christmas, and it was perfect - only yards from the beach, shops, restaurants etc. but lovely and private. The apartment itself is gorgeous - we had more space than we needed, and it would be ideal for a family. It's very stylish, but was nice and cosy in the evenings, and the balcony is lovely for sitting out in the sun.
