This apartment on the 1st floor (elevator available), is situated in the town of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca South, surrounded by miles of clean white sandy beaches.
It features a living room with satellite TV, internet connection, a kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.
The dining area and one bedroom both have a direct firstline seaview on the boulevard in Torrevieja.
Playa del Cura...........
The pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura starts directly after you leave the building. There are a large variety of restaurants to cater for every culinary taste.
Torrevieja centre.........
You can reach the busy town centre of Torrevieja in less then 7 minutes walk from the apartment. Here you will find many shops and boutiques, as well as the marina and harbour, street markets, even a tourist train.
The fair, situated near the harbour, is always very lively and crowded.
Markets....................
On Fridays, Torrevieja hosts market day with more than 1000 stalls set up near the town centre. They sell clothes, shoes, jewellery, leather goods, food, etc.
On Wednesdays you can find a market nearby in La Mata or on Sundays a really big market in Guardamar.
There are many family attractions in Torrevieja and the surrounding area.
Family attractions..........
Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 floors of shops(including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 floors of underground parking. The shopping centre is situated 5 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 5 minute drive away.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.
Elche: palmtrees and safaripark
No trip to the Costa Blanca would be complete without a visit to the famous RioSafari at Elche. A mix between a zoo, a safari park and a community farm, it is even more appealing if you have young children with you.
Being in Elche don't miss the Palmeral of Elche.
If you like golf there are three 18-hole championship courses within easy driving distance.
One hour drive you have Terra Mitica Theme park. Terra Natura animal sanctuary, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Sealife Centre.
