Very good located 4 person detached holiday house with pool and 2 bedrooms for rent. Situated between Torremolinos and Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia - Southern Spain

This 4 persons detached holiday house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, guest toilet, swimming pool, air conditioning and garage. The house is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, flat screen TV with some English channels, dining table with 4 chairs and sliding doors to the south facing covered terrace with terrace furniture. In the garden of the holiday home you can enjoy the private pool and sun terrace. The holiday house is perfectly situated between Benalmadena and Torremolinos at only 800 meter of the sandy beaches and the Benalmadena Marina Port. In Torremolinos and Benalmadena you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday as pleasant shopping streets, miles of seafront promenade with bars, restaurants water sports, beautiful marina, etc. Its central location makes this holiday house an ideal base for trips to Torremolinos and Benalmadena.

ACTIVITIES:
If you want a fun evening or day out with the kids then head to Tivoli World Park, the largest theme- amusement park on the Costa del Sol. There is about 30 attractions in total including shows, mini-rollercoaster’s, play areas, etc. There are also restaurants and bars to dine or drink. Adjacent to the Tivoli World Amusement park is the Benalmadena Aerial Cable car which climbs its gentle ascent 2600 metres from Benalmadena up to Mount Calamorro. The views of the Costa Del Sol Coast and interior along the way and at the peak are spectacular and not to be missed! In Torremolinos you’ll find the Crocodile Park where around 300 Crocs live, from baby crocs to the big 5 metre long Big Nile Crocodiles. Also in Torremolinos is the huge Aqualand water park of 70,000 square metres featuring: Water slides include Black Hole, Kamikazi, Niagra & Twister, Fast river, Infant's park, Sea Lion Shows, Pizzeria, hamburger & self-service restaurant, etc. In Torremolinos and Benalmadena you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday like shopping areas, miles of beautiful sandy beaches and boulevards with terraces, restaurants, Marina Port, all kinds of water sports, etc. In the vicinity of the Holiday house you’ll find ample activities such as the beautifully landscaped Zoo in Fuengirola, the water park Aquapark Mijas the Sea live in Benalmadena and the Selwo Adventure Park in Estepona.

THE RESORT OF MARBELLA - PUERTO BANUS:
The luxurious and famous Marbella with his beautiful marina Puerto Banus is just 35 minutes by car. Marbella offers clean beaches, elegant shops such as Gucci and Armani, clubs, art, top class restaurants, sport clubs and a casino. If you think Marbella is just a tourist interest for its beach side life and Mediterranean weather, you are wrong. There is much more to see, and the best part is its “Casco Antiguo” the Old town, situated in the centre of the Marbella, and only a few hundred meters from the beach and boulevard. In the pretty narrow little streets, set in an arabesque style, and structures that date back as far as 11th century, you’ll find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, etc. The central attraction of Old Town is the Orange Square or “La Plaza de los Naranjos”. A fantastic place with lots of history. Also the metropolis of Málaga is definitely worth a visit.

CAR:
For this holiday accommodation we recommend you to rent a car but, since it is a few minutes walking to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport it is not absolutely necessary to have a car.

Spacious sunny living room with lounge area, dining area and sliding doors to the terrace. Inside available: Air conditioning, heating, TV, safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Children’s high chair and baby cot on request.

OUTSIDE:
Large fully fenced private garden with swimming pool and sun terraces.

Sunny partly covered south facing terraces with terrace furniture, sun beds and two sun umbrellas.

Private swimming pool and sunny terrace.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen with gas hob, extractor, kombi microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster.

Two bedrooms with build-in wardrobes. Master bedroom with air conditioning/heating and double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds which you can place apart or side by side if desired.

After running our own jewellery store for more than 25 years in Holland, we thought it was about time for a radical change and a new challenge. We are living and working in Spain since 2001 and completely adapted to the Spanish way of living. What started as a service for friends and family eventually turned into our rental company Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. At this moment we rent-out about 50 holiday apartments and villas from private owners. Personal contact is the key to our service.
