With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the villa is also ideal for 2 families/couples sharing. The pool terrace and pool are private and not overlooked. There are numerous terraces for relaxing, sunbathing or dining 'Al Fresco', in and out of the sun. Palm tress and a two level wood decking create shade and an enormous flat terrace creates ample room for relaxing in the sun.

Inside the villa there is everything you require from a fully equipped kitchen to the open planned living area complete with CD player Sat TV (English & Spanish), DVD player and free WiFi for your laptop. The bedrooms all have fitted mirror wardrobes and ceiling fans, 2 with en-suites, the 3rd bathroom being upstairs on the living area floor.

Notes
We include an allowance of 100Kw hours per week of electricity in the rental price. Additional usage is charged extra and deducted form your security deposit. This is to help prevent guests from leaving the pool uncovered when not in use and leaving windows and doors open when Air-con and heaters are turned on. For bookings of less than 2 weeks we charge an extra £75 for final cleaning.
