The apartment is just a few years old and lies on the first floor of the building in a very nice area named “Los Pacos”. The building, named Edificio Soler, is easy to find. It has a beautiful garden and swimming pool with its showers and toilets. The complex has its own security surveillance 24hours a day and has a supermarket for all kind of needs. Within 5 to 15 minutes walking there are more supermarkets and several restaurants, bars, bus stops, train stations, beach and of course the city center.

Apartment

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms a terrace at the front and a balcony with view at the garden and swimming pool at the back. It is fully furnished and has TV, radio, fully furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The terrace at the front is suited at the south. There is an air conditioning, one master bedroom (2pax) and two single beds in one room (2pax). Pets are not allowed in the whole building.
