This small fishermans´ village, with about 1000 inhabitants, has become a much loved holiday destination, especially by the Spaniards. Just 4km along the coast from this village is Atlanterra, Here you can find everything from big luxury villas to apartments and small houses.
This “secret part” of Spain is known for its nature, food and particularly nice people. They are proud of their village and its surroundings and what they have to offer you and will immediately make you feel at home, or as “uno mas” as they say in Spanish...
The endless white sandy beaches, known as some of Spain's biggest and best, also offers one of the best climates for surfing and kite-surfing in Europe. Horseback riding, bicycling, diving, fishing, kayaking are other popular activities to enjoy too. Golf, mountain climbing and organised trips to one of the nature parks close by is also strongly recommended.
If venturing out to the surrounding areas, there are day trips that might capture your interest in discovering the local culture... get to know Cadiz, one of Europe's oldest cities, try sherry or one of the the recent red wines at a bodega in this area, spend a day on horse or 4x4 to Bolonia to visit the roman ruins, golf at Dehesa del Montenmedio, Seville, Tarifa or one of the many white villages like for example Vejer..


DESCRIPTION OF CASA "VEGA"
This house has one of the best locations in the holiday complex "Urb. Jardines de Zahara", with the beach only at a couple a minutes walking distance and lovely views. The common area has 2 big swimming pools, one for children, 2 paddle courts and beautiful tropical gardens, very well maintained all year around.
Casa "Vega" is well equipped with all kinds of extras. There is a garage under the house with 2 parking spots. The basement is accommodated for sleeping 2 persons, on the second floor sleeps 6 persons. The owner of Casa "Vega" lives all year in Zahara de los Atunes and helps you out with whatever you might need... if you think this sounds interesting please do contact me...
