The apartment is bright and nicely furnished. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the lounge has a large double sofabed. It is air conditioned, with marble flooring throughout. The terrace is southfacing and has all day sun. It overlooks the gardens and is very peaceful, yet is close to the pool. The community is gated for added security, and looks over Miraflores Golf Course. There is a private parking space for the apartment, in addition to communal parking. There is a lift from the underground parking and the apartment is accessed on the ground floor with a raised terrace over the gardens. The stretch of beaches along this coast are fantastic, often with Blue Flag status for being the best and cleanest. They are scattered with charming bars offering good food and drinks at very reasonable prices. For something a bit more special try The Plaza or Max Beach at Riviera. Or La Moraga, the latest offering from local celebrity chef Dani Garcia.
Riviera is a lovely area with many bars, restaurants and shops. It is set around Miraflores Golf Course/Club. But, also known as the Costa del Golf, you are not short of golf courses here. There are around 40 offering something for the most seasoned professional or the first time player alike. Riviera also has two leisure centres to play tennis, paddle tennis, go to the gym etc, The nearest village, La Cala de Mijas, offers an additional range of bars, shops, restaurants and a good twice weekly market. We also have two very large shopping centres nearby, not to mention Puerto Banus within half an hour's drive. It is an easy drive to Marbella, Malaga, Benalmadena, Mijas Pueblo, Fuengirola etc. The aqua park is nearby, as is the zoo and many other attractions. It is close to the beach and is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday
