Ideally situated in probably the best position in Nerja, on Calle Hernando de Carabeo, and just a few minutes stroll to the famous Balcon de Europa. This beautiful two-bedroom, first floor vacation holiday apartment, with a very pretty garden entry, is situated in a peaceful location, yet is close to all amenities, including the beach, the very picturesque old town of Nerja, with it’s typical Andalucian whitewashed narrow streets, and the bustling Balcon de Europa, with it’s fabulous views of the coastline, and all its pavement cafes and bars. The climate in Nerja is wonderful and really is the best in Europe. In the winter months, the temperature can be easily warm enough to sunbathe, and spend time on the beach, yet within an hour and a half drive away in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, you can spend the morning skiing on the slopes there.

The Holiday Vacation apartment boasts a fantastic rooftop swimming pool, with wonderful views of the Burriana Beach, and of the surrounding coastline and mountains. Walk outside the front door, into a lovely private Spanish courtyard, where you can relax at your leisure in the cool shade. Just to your right of the front door, you will find an elevator which will whisk you to the roof pool if you prefer not to walk up the stairs. So many aspects to this gorgeous apartment, including a large terrace area, entry to which is through the lounge patio doors. This terrace is perfect for El Fresco dining or just relaxing and enjoying the delightful views that this lovely apartment abundantly provides.

The apartment is furnished in a traditional Spanish style with a lovely dining area for four persons. There is a very pretty double bedroom with patio doors which also open up to the lovely large terrace area which stretches the whole length of this beautiful property. The bedroom has a wardrobe and ample storage space. There is also an attractive twin room which also enjoys adequate wardrobe space The pretty bathroom has a bath and shower. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your self catering holiday, including oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine etc. The dining area is a particularly beautiful area. The Villa also has a WIFI Pay as you go internet connection.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.
