Manilva Beach is located on the Costa del Sol, 10 km west of Estepona. The climate here is perfect summer weather over 300 days a year.
Manilva Beach is situated midway between Marbella and Gibraltar, about 20 minutes drive in each direction
Row house has a very high standard with kitchen and large living room with direct access to sunny furnished terrace, 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and a cot, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house also has two small terrace on the top floor, one on each side so you have access to the sun all day. The house has air conditioning in all rooms, TV in one of the bedrooms and a living room with both Norwegian (3) and Spanish (44) channels. The house is very well equipped. The apartment has a 10Mb broadband.

Cribs, high chairs, baby carriages, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, blender, bread baking machine and gas grill. Otherwise, the kitchen is fully equipped.
The house has a swimming pools in the area directly in front of the house.
In the residential area are also several swimming pools, tennis court and paddle tennis court.
The house is almost on the beach, that it is about 100 meters to go down to the waterfront. The stand is approximately 50 meters wide and many km long so here it is not crowded even in peak season.
There are 3 beach bars in the immediate vicinity, where one can enjoy food and cold drinks.

The nearest grocery store is about 300 meters from the house.
At Duquesa Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course is only 800 meters. In addition, there are several golf courses just a few miles away, both south to Sotogrande and north to Estepona.
From Manilva Beach, go about 700 meters to the fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa. Here you will find numerous fine restaurants and as the name suggests an old castle.
