This lovely two bedroom apartment, just two minutes from the beach, is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The location is perfect, being in a quiet residential street, pedestrianised and lined with pots of plants, yet close to shops, bars, restaurants, local shops, supermarkets etc.

The Old Town of Marbella is a lovely place to stay, having lots and lots of little shops in small winding streets. There are many places to eat and drink from a Michelin Star restaurant to very reasonably priced bars. There is an art gallery, flamenco bar and frequently there is live music or art displayed in the streets.

The beach is just two or three minutes walk away, where there are numerous beach bars serving traditional tapas, paella and much more.

There is no need for a car as there are buses at the end of the street which go along the coast, or you can catch a bus to the bus station and from there take a trip to Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, Seville or even Madrid. There is a bus direct from the Malaga airport to the Marbella bus station.

There is a gym nearby and also free exercise equipment to use on the beachside. Bikes can be hired by the day and there are various watersports to enjoy. There are numerous golf courses within easy reach.

The centre of Marbella is a surprisingly reasonably priced place to eat and drink, with coffee from 1 euro, a three course meal from 9.50 euros.

Many people spend the winter months here in Marbella as the winters here are mild with plenty of sunny days. For long term winter rates please see the table below. The rates include electricity and water, weekly change of bedding and towels, and a weekly clean.

This property is suitable for all ages. Older people will find it very convenient as it is a ground floor apartment with just one step up to the front door, inside everything is on one level and the beach, shops, eating places etc are all accessible without any steep hills.

Notes
There is a non-refundable deposit of 30% payable on booking with the balance payable six weeks before arrival.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal For payments by PayPal please add 3.5% fee.

Any cancellation must be made in writing and the charge will be as follows:
75% if cancelled within 4 weeks
100% if cancelled within 1 week

The damages deposit will be refunded after a full inspection of the apartment

If you require a shorter stay than the minimum stay indicated please contact us as we may be able to help you.

If your stay is for longer than 1 week the apartment will be cleaned and the bed linen changed midway through the stay. If you require further cleaning it can be arranged at an additional charge.

Beach towels will be provided

Please let us know in advance if you require a cot or high chair.

The apartment can also be rented for a month or more during the winter for 300 euros a week. This includes electricity and water, weekly change of bedlinen and towels, and a weekly clean.

Brilliant week in Marbella

We spent the week over new years in this apartment. Being located on a quiet street close to the old town and the beach, it was the perfect place for a small family. We had access to everything we needed within 1 minute walking. The apartment was nice and clean, and well equipped. Fast and well functioning internet, english TV channels, etc. Rachel who owns the apartment was wonderful.
