A luxury design apartment with 4+1 beds. The apartment have sea-and poolviews from one of the two terraces (one NorthEast-facing and the other one SouthWest-facing).

The apartment have aircondition in every rooms, a small, but well equipped kitchen, two very nice bathrooms and two bedroom (one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds).

You have a big 50" plasma TV with satellite, DVD and a small music stereo. You could connect your computer to the TV and be able to stream and get web-TV from your country. WiFi is optional (€20/week).

In the kitchen you'll find toaster, coffe maker, eggboiler, juicer, ice-machine together with dishwasher, washingmachine, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer. In the bathroom you'll find hairdryer and a five set of bath towels, big towels, small towels together with beddings. There is also iron.

The apartment is only some minutes away from beach, bars, restaurants, shops,supermarket, banks and other amenities. You have an indoor parking in the same builing as the apartment.

The bus station a few minutes away could take you to Malaga, Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus etc.

You're also in the middle of the golf district of La Cala, and could walk to the nearest golf course/drivingranch.

You'll also have two minutes to the weekly and popular market of La Cala (Wednesdays and Saturdays) where you can buy fruits and vegetables from the local farmers together with usually market items.

This apartment will not dissapoint you if you're looking for a comfortable and luxury stay.

Patrik is from Sweden and are in Sweden working in the health and fitnessindustry (and have been doing this since 1990).

A lovely family holiday....

Our stay at Patriks lovely apartment was excellent from beginning to end. First time we have stayed in an apartment that has been true to its description. Apartment was very clean and tidy and had all the facilities you could want whilst on holiday including some added extras: 50" Plasma, Mobile broadband connection, supply of beach towels. Views from terrace were lovely and overlooked swimming pool which was quiet, virtually ours for entire holiday. Apartment was within easy walking distance of La Cala, a lovely village/town with sufficient bars and restaurants (and supermarkets/shops) to keep us happy and a beautiful uncrowded beach with good facilities. La Cala is very much a family resort but with good bus services to Fuengirola,Benalmadena,Torremolinos and Marbella if you are looking for something more lively.
