The villa is situated in the quiet residential area of SERENA IV at Punta Prima Bay.
This is about 3 miles South of Torrevieja, 2 miles from Villa Martin and 1 mile from Zenia beach.

The villa is fully furnished comprising 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin), bathroom with shower, all linen & towels are provided, lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. Outside is a patio area, walled garden with steps leading to a large roof terrace (solarium) with patio furniture and BBQ. AirCon fitted.
There is also access to 2 private residents pools. Satellite TV with English programmes. Just about everything from supermarkets to beaches is within easy walking distance.
Playa Flamenca hosts a Spanish market (10 minutes walk away) every Saturday morning, where you can buy just about anything.
Our nearest beach at Punta Prima is only 10 minutes walk, There are several other beaches near by which include, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, and Cabo Roig. Playa Flamenca/Punta Prima is situated , approximately a 40min drive South from Alicante airport and 20mins from Murcia airport.
