The house is at about 2 km from the Malaga-Almeria main road, on the way to El Castillejo, Peña Escrita and the springs of Rio de la Miel, with their impressive landscapes and countless trekking opportunities.
Villa Rosandra has 3 bedrooms, a vast living room with large kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. The terrace offers beautiful views over the surrounding mountains. The property offers lots of calm and privacy.
The nearest beach Cantarrijan is 12 minutes away while La Herradura and its many shops, excellent restaurants and various services are at about 15 minutes.
