Casa Fuente Cubierta is a modernized, three bedroom traditional Andalusian farmhouse with swimming pool, set in two acres of wooded and natural garden, located just 2,5 km south of Vejer de la Frontera and within 15 min. of the wide and golden Atlantic beaches of Trafalgar, El Palmar, Zahora and Caños de Meca on the COSTA DE LA LUZ.

Located on the scenic “Buena Vista” trail, set in hilly green countryside and with its mature gardens, the property offers ocean views, privacy and shade.

The name of the house stems from the fuente cubierta or “covered well”, a public spring situated at a short distance from the property. Locals enjoy the water that flows from it and visit it as a natural beauty spot and a point of reference.
The small stream that runs down from it ensures the lush green nature of our property.

Rentals are especially attractive in tranquil spring and autumn with its warm, moderate temperatures and many hours of sunshine.
Off the grid, the house is self-sufficient in solar energy and groundwater and due to the location very well protected against the ‘Levante’ east wind. Comfort is basic but adequate.

. one double bedroom with extra fold out bed, leading directly to the patio

Across the patio is a separate building with:
. one small bedroom with bunk beds
. shower-bathroom
. corridor to the swimming pool
. washing machine
. extra toilet near the pool.

The private pool ( 7 x 3.5 m, 1.6 m deep) is surrounded by a terrace and is near a large and secluded lawn, ideal for sports. The house is situated in 1 ha. of private gardens.

Wi-Fi internet is available.

The property is fenced off and there is a private parking area for 2 cars near the house.

The farmhouse is rustic, unusual and offers basic, but more than adequate comfort in a natural, relaxing environment. The use of a solar installation implies some restrictions, none that will inconvenience you. We inform you on arrival.

Notes
Mid-season weekends or short stays (of min. 2 nights), from € 120 per night, based on 2 persons, all incl.
Prices per week (7 nights) are all incl. and based on 6 persons,
for each extra person – up to seven- add € 15 p.p. per day.
Long term rentals possible.
Couples receive a 10% discount, except in July and August.
The swimming pool is open from 15 April until 15 October.
Preferred change over day is Saturday, but we are flexible.
Pets allowed, but check with us on booking.
On booking you receive a contract of reservation and clear directions to the farmhouse from the nearest airports.

Form of payment is a bank transfer in Euros.
Warning; the house is located near a windmill park, their sound may be heard under certain weather conditions.
