The apartment is situated on the first floor in a very beautiful building, declared an historical monument of the government. The building was from the beginning a luxury hotel. It has been preserved in its original appearance.
The entrance from the promenade is beautifully decorated in marble and with statues.
A cosy one-bedroom flat for two persons (double-bed), with possibilities of one extra-bed.
The apartment lies beautifully in the harbor, in the middle of "Paseo Maritimo".
The harbor is full of boats, ships, luxury yachts and a lot to see. Walking distance to a big shopping center (Porto Pi) and several convenience stores in the neighborhood.
Good restaurants, bars and coffee shops right down on the street.
15 minutes walk to the picturesque "old town" La Lonja, with the cathedral, roman bath and many other cultural sights.
The apartment has a small entrance with a big wardrobe, a lot of hangers, a big mirror, shelf's and lots of space to put your clothes.
The bathroom, in light apricot marble, has a big full cover mirror over the hand basin, shower and bathtub. Towels are included.
The entry phone has a TV screen, you can see who is calling from the street.
Porter (doorkeeper) between 10am - 9pm.
There is a refuse collection service. Put the garbage bags outside the apartment door between 8,30pm-9pm, and the doorkeeper will collect them. You also have a vacuum container system right outside the front door.
A bedstead recess with a double bed, two bedside tables and reading lights. One extra bed is available with a proper mattress that can be put either in the living area or, moving the double bed to the side, it fits in the bedstead recess. The beds are made when you arrive. Sheets are included.
A combined living area with a lounge suite, table, side table, dining table with four chairs and a bookcase along the wall.
Kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, stove, fan and cupboards. Most kitchen tools, pots and pans, plates, glasses and cutlery included.
Linen and towels included. However no beach towels.

The terrace (15²) has a table with four chairs for cozy candle light dinners. View over the harbor and the beautifully, at night, illuminated cathedral.
There is a big swimming pool for the guests, open between 8am - 8pm. You get to the pool through the gate on the second floor.
