Located at only 12Kms from Marbella City and at 37 Km from Malaga Airport, LA RESERVA DE MARBELLA, is a beautiful place to enjoy your holiday near Cabopino beach and Cabopino Golf Course.
The white Andalusian Complex is very quiet and has fantastic views to the sea and Golf course from the terrace.
The apartment has two floors and capacity for 4 people. The 1st floor has an area of 35 square meters with a living room, sofa bed,TV, iron, wardrobe, toilet and 25 m² of terraces (front and rear).
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and American bar to the lounge. The second plant is approximately 17 square meters, has a room with a double bed and one full bathroom. In addition, it has 20 m² of outdoor solarium with superb views.
